Real Estate Broker and agents may contract North Texas Cleaning Services to help a listed home sell or offer our services to clients that are moving a home through you as a closing gift. Split billing is available.

Description of services:

Top to Bottom Cleaning:
Top to Bottom Cleaning is a "What ever it takes to achieve the desired results" cleaning, from the insides of cupboards to the inside of the fridge.

New construction homes generally require a 3-part Top to Bottom clean to fully prep the home from a construction site to a home ready to live in.

Maintenance Cleaning:
Maintenance Cleaning helps to keep things in order, the dust from settling, finger smudges from taking over and bugs off of the windowsills and will require all of the basics such as a full dusting, vacuuming, all surfaces cleaned, bathrooms sanitized, mirrors and interior windows spot cleaned.
